Purchaser to ensure that all contractors involved in the removal including equipment operators, labourers and associated personnel are compliant with OH&S regulations. Cabin site to be left in a neat and tidy condition with all debris associated with removal taken away.

Removal is to be completed within 10 days of Auction Closure.
