Aylward Valuations are a fully licensed and accredited Valuer with the AVAA (Auctioneers & Valuers Association of Australia). In recent years the valuation part of our business has increased considerably and to cope with this trend we now have two qualified valuers and one trainee working in the business. In many instances this involves travelling to a location in NSW to inspect such items onsite. This professional service is provided regularly for private individuals, corporate business and our professional clients in relation to Insolvency Matters or Family Law Settlement. The Aylward team is available to travel anywhere within NSW to list and assign values to your assets which may include Household Items, Specialised Manufacturing Equipment, Earthmoving Machinery, Trucks & Vehicles, Farm Machinery, Artworks & Jewellery, Sawmilling Machinery etc. Valuation reports can include the Auction Value only (forced sale), Auction Value and Going Concern Value (market value) in the case of a business currently operating. We prepare professionally bound report presentation folders including colour photos in print or supplied on CD for the following uses:
