While every effort is made to ensure that all the information presented on our website is correct at the time it is your responsibility to make sure you have the current updated auction details page.

It is a fact that typographical errors as well as omissions or information and photos wrongly included can appear on the page. Late withdrawal of goods or equipment for various reasons may also take place, particularly in relation to "pawnbroker auctions" where items can be redeemed at the eleventh hour.

We advise all interested persons (particularly if your travelling (distance) to an auction) to double check auction dates, locations and the availability of the items they are interested in. If your travelling a considerable distance to attend an auction, please phone before leaving home to confirm the details in order not to be disappointed on arrival and find that item has been withdrawn.

While it is unlikely for an auction to be cancelled at short notice (it can and has happened), we would naturally take action to inform those whom we contacted directly through mail-outs and direct email etc, that the auction has been cancelled.

Because we have no control over who visits and collects certain information on our website, we are unable to make contact with these ones in order to alert them of the changes and consequently it is possible they may travel to an auction unaware of cancellation.

If errors or changes in the information presented on this website do occur and we become aware of it in time, corrections will take place immediately to the page in question and as such, we strongly recommend updating (refresh button on your browser) when viewing the pages that apply to your interest ... before leaving home.
